What we collect, and why.

Short version: if you use the contact form we keep your message so we can reply to it. There are no cookies, no tracking pixels, no advertising networks, and nothing is sold or shared with anyone.

Who is responsible

KubeHeads, operating from Budapest, Hungary. Contact:hello@kubeheads.com. This is the address to use for any request below — it reaches a person, not a ticket queue.

If you use the contact form

We receive the name, email address and message you submit. We use them for one purpose: replying to your enquiry and any conversation that follows from it.

• Lawful basis: legitimate interest in responding to someone who deliberately contacted us, and steps toward a contract if the conversation becomes an engagement.
• Processor: the form is delivered by Web3Forms, which forwards it to our inbox. Email is hosted on Google Workspace.
• Retention: enquiries that do not become a client relationship are deleted within 12 months. Client correspondence is kept as long as the working relationship and any legal record-keeping requires.
• No marketing: there is no mailing list. We will not add you to one, and we will not contact you again about something unrelated.

Analytics

We measure how many people visit and which pages they read, using cookieless analytics. No cookie is set, no identifier is stored on your device, and you are not tracked across other websites. That is why this site has no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.

To be accurate rather than flattering: cookieless does not mean no personal data is processed at all. The analytics provider briefly processes your IP address and browser user-agent to work out that a visit happened and roughly where from, then discards them without building a profile. We only ever see aggregate counts.

What we never do

• Sell, rent or share your data with advertisers or data brokers
• Set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies
• Add you to a mailing list because you contacted us
• Use your enquiry as a case study or example without asking you first

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@kubeheads.com and we will action it — realistically within days, and legally within one month. You do not need to give a reason for a deletion request.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH) or to the supervisory authority in your own EU country.
