About
Small on purpose.
KubeHeads is an engineering practice, not a body shop. You talk to the people who write the code, because there is nobody else to talk to.
What that means in practice
There is no account manager translating your problem into a statement of work and then translating it back. There is no bench of juniors quietly assigned to your project after the pitch. The engineer in the first call is the engineer who ships it.
It also means we take on fewer projects than we could. We would rather do three things properly this quarter than nine badly. If we are not the right fit, we will say so early and point you somewhere better.
Why the three disciplines go together
AI automation, optimization, and engineering are usually sold by three different firms. That split is where the work dies: the model vendor waits on the data team, the data team waits on whoever owns deployment, and the project quietly becomes nobody's problem.
Covering all three is not a claim to be world-class at each in isolation. It is a claim that the seams between them are where projects fail, and that removing the seams is worth more to you than a marginally better specialist on any one of them.
Where we are
Budapest, Hungary — working with clients across the EU, remote-first, comfortable in English and Hungarian.
The honest status
We are early, and we would rather tell you that plainly than pad a client logo wall. If that is a dealbreaker, entirely fair. If it means you get senior attention at a stage where most firms would hand you a junior — that is the trade.
